Plenary session with the talented Michael AGUILAR

On 28 October 2024 in Lyon, Swixim International organised a plenary session for its franchisees and their teams from Switzerland and France. The aim of the event was to inspire and boost participants.

The programme included :

- Founder's speech ;

- the presentation of new Franchisees in Switzerland: Carouge, Plan-les-Ouates, Geneva centre, Geneva Right Bank, Fribourg, Châtel-Saint-Denis;

- the presentation of new Franchisees in France: Sallanches, Avallon, Orange, Lyon 2, Douvaine, Cruseilles;

- A highly informative one-and-a-half-hour conference. The franchisor selected international speaker Michael Aguilar, an expert in motivation and sales techniques, who captivated the audience with his effective strategies for energising teams and improving sales performance, while respecting article 1 of the Swixim Ethics Charter: ‘The customer's interest before any other consideration’.

The plenary session was a valuable opportunity to exchange experiences, acquire new skills and strengthen professional relations within Swixim International.
